The Analysis of Influence Factor and Research Stayus of Hamm

This paper analyzes several factors which influence the working performance of the hammer mill,such as linear velocity of hammer end,the number of hammer,diameter sieve,the perforation and cornerite of screen and the hammer-screen space. It states the influence of these factors on hammer mill's production efficiency,product quality and energy consumption. It also briefly elaborates the research situation of hammer mill in domestic,and introduces the structure features and advantages of the special type grinding chamber of hammer mill,the hammer grinder with wide horizontal vibrating screen and the double rotor structure of hammer mill.

The rotor shaft has at least one pair, and preferably two or more pairs, of opposing sides. The hammers are pivotally mounted between spider arms. The spider arms have bases which include openings. The spider arm base openings have straight sides corresponding to the number of straight sides on the rotor shaft. The spider arm straight sides engage the rotor shaft straight sides. Hence, the spider arms are rotationally fixed in place relative to the rotor shaft without the use of keys and keyways, pins, bolts, or other types of fasteners, allowing for easier assembly and reduced maintenance costs for the crusher.
