Brief Introduction of Small/Mini Pellet Mill:
This household small pellet mill has a rotating roller and a stationary die design. Once the powder drops into the mill, the rollers will spin with the diesel engine to force the powder through the holes of dies. In this way different size pellets will be made.

The benefits of flat die pellet mill with the design of rotating rollers and stationary dies come to two points. One is that the rotating rolls have longer service life than traditional design, the other is that this pellet machine design can not only process softwood (pine, spruce, cedar, fir, larch, douglas-fir etc) but also hardwood(mahogany, teak, walnut, oak, ash, elm, aspen, poplar, birch, maple etc).

Moreover, the pellet size can be designed to meet your requirement. Generally speaking, for fuel pellets, the diameter is from 4.5mm-12mm; feed pellets diameter is 1.5mm-12mm. Pellets length can be adjusted freely by changing the cutter position.
