Electric Pellet Mill

Electric Pellet Mill

Common type of Electric Mill:
Electric flat die pellet mill is driven by electric motor which makes it more energy-saving and environmentally friendly. This electric flat die pellet mill is smaller in size, design and structure with capacity 150- 190kg/h for making wood pellets, 300-400 kg/h for making feed pellets. Roller and flat die are made from precise material of alloy metal which makes this core part wear-resistant and not easy to break. With this pellet mill, if you want to make biomass pellets, you would better use relatively soft materials, as the machine design is stationary rollers and a running die mould. Ready-to-get raw agro waste materials are sawdust, wood chips, peanut shell, wheat straw, cotton, barley, branch, rice husk, sunflower stalk, palm kernel shell and many other materials.
Electric Flat Die Pellet Mill Features
1. Quick disassembling type precisely-cast die clamp is adopted to connect the die and quill flange, able to change new die and rollers fast and conveniently according to your needs.
2. Visibility. It is possible to view into the chamber when pelletizing, so you can solve problem in time.
3. Simple operation, easy maintenance and perfect technical design with less labor.
4. Small and light weight which make it widely used in home, small farm.
5. Geat for processing soft wood pellets and feed pellets
How to Choose A Perfect Flat Die Pellet Machine
Flat die pellet mill takes the circular motion as the principle. The press roller, main shaft and die mould are of high quality alloy steel. There are common two design of flat die pellet machines: rotating rollers with stationary die or running die with stationary rollers. Though the two kinds of pellet mills can both make wood pellets and feed pellets, there is slightly difference. Roller driven pellet machine is more suitable for making biomass pellets, especially for making hardwood pellets; die driven pellet making has good performance in making feed pellets and soft wood pellets. Then, let us talk about the engine of pellet press. There are two choices, flat die pellet mill with electric motor and flat die pellet mill with diesel engine. Electric pellet mill is more energy-saving and environmental protection, while you must make sure there is enough electricity in your pellet making sites.

Introduction to Roller Driven Electric Pellet Mill:
This roller driven electric pellet mill has roller-driven design which ensures more powerful compression on the materials, so it can process hardwood materials into biomass pellets more easily than other die-driven pellet mills. It is an ideal choice for you to start a pellets business at home or workshop. High efficiency and low power consumption, our roller-driven pellet mill can make profits quickly for you.

Electric Roller Driven Flat Die Pellet Mill Working Principle:
The main parts of flat die pellet mill are two rotating rollers and a stationary pellet die. When the machine works, the rotating roller will press material into the die hole of the stationary die. There are two highlights of pellet mill driven by rotating rollers. One is that this design can prolong pellet mill service life, the other is it make wood pellets more smooth and solid.

Electirc(roller driven)Pellet Mill Features:
1. Scientific roller-driven design ensures more powerful compression on the materials, thus this pellet mill can produce high quality pellets from almost all the biomass materials you can find, including the hardwood.
2. Electric flat die pellet mill is driven by electric motor which makes it more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
3. Roller and flat die are made from precise material of alloy metal which makes this core part wear-resistant and not easy to break.
4. Quick disassembling type precisely-cast die clamp is adopted, able to change new die and rollers fast and conveniently accord
ing to your needs.
5. Visibility. It is possible to view into the chamber when pelletizing, so you can solve problem in time.
6. Suitable for small wood pellet business as well as home use.

Why choose Electic Roller Driven Pellet Mill?
There are two different flat die pellet mills. One is the regular mill that is die driven (die turns) and roller stationary. This one was originally made to make feed pellets out of soft material. It is geared higher and runs faster than the wood mills. It makes soft material faster and wood material slower. The other pellet mill is roller driven (roller turns) and die stationary. This is the new design. So, which pellet mill should you get to make wood pellets?
Roller-driven pellet mill works much better for wood pellets. In a roller driven machine, the rollers turn and the die is in a fixed position. This is geared lower and makes wood material much faster and soft material slower because it runs slower. This is a rugged electric wood pellet mill which is not picky about what you put into it. The rollers turn and the die is fixed. It is geared lower to make wood pellets out of sawdust, wood chips, shavings, etc., but will make all of your other materials such as hay, straw, grasses, corn stalk, etc. The rollers and bearings are heavy duty and outlast other pellet mills by up to 4 times.

This series electric pellet mill can process oil cake and other mixed waste materials into pellets. The finial pellets are durable and they have a lustrous surface. During the processing, the temperature can reach almost 70-80℃.The pellets are fully cooked penetrable. And it is not easy to go moldy and degenerative. So it can be stored for a long time and improved poultry dainty and assimilation function. With shorter period of feeding, it can save many users' productive cost efficiently.

Simple Inspection and Maintenance of Electric Flat Die Pellet Mill
Our electric flat die pellet mills have earned a good reputation for their excellent performance. Their perfect quality and long usage life are also highlighted by our customers. If there is a good maintenance about the machine, it can work longer and better for you.
The maintenance of our pellet mill includes lubrication and inspection& maintenance of the die and roller. Lubrication is adaptable according to time and components. Basically, lubricating oil is necessary to be added to gearbox and all bearings in gear box and other rotating parts properly before your initial operation. After three months, you can lubricate the gear box for second time. Then every six months’ lubrication is available. Inspection& maintenance of rollers and die are recommended to conduct at the same time. Every time before starting the machine, you’d better to check up whether there are any extra matters in the pelletizing room or affecting the running. Besides, both sides of the die can be used for pelletizing, which can save a lot energy and cost for you.
