Product Description of Pin Mill:
Pin Mill is a impact pulverizer with a convertible pulverization knife. The equipment is made up of cross blade, oscillating movable impact hammer, fixed hammer style rotor, needle and stick style rotor, turbine style rotor and different sieve parts. The equipment is suitable for the pulverization of low and medium hardness material according to different blade, rotation ratio and power supply, the fineness is from a millimeter to 30 micrometer, the pulverization technical of the material can be adjusted according to different requirement. The equipment is widely suitable for the pulverization in many industries such as food, chemical, medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, foodstuff, plastic etc.
Working Principle of Pin Mill:
Material would be conveyed by the feeding device into milling chamber evenly, and be impacted strongly by high-speed rotating beater, and at the same time would be rubbed and sheared and impacted between screen and beater. The milled powder would be separated by screen. Qualified fine powder would go into product collector, while coarse powder would go back to milling chamber for further milling.
