high pressure suspension grinding mill is suitable for processing various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Moh’s hardness less than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%, it is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, highway construction etc,. The granularity of the finished powder size can be adjusted between 50 and 325 mesh (315-45 micron). Examples of processing materials include quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite carbonate, limestone, talc, ceramic, iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, coal and other materials, total about 400 kinds of materials.
Production line of
high pressure suspension grinding mill: main unit, analyzer, fan, dischargeing cyclone separator, powder cyclone separator and air duct. Among them, the main unit consists of frame, blow shell, shovel, grinding roller and grinding ring.
Benefit of high pressure suspension grinding mill:
It has the similar working principle as Raymond mill, but its grinding device is fixed with 1000-1500kg pressure springs. When the machine works the grinding roller , which under the action of high pressure spring and centrifugal force, rolls close up to grinding ring, its rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of Raymond mill given an identical condition and its capacity increase 20% to 30%; When the grinding roller and grinding ring, stable capacity and fineness are guaranteed.
1. High pressure spring design.
The grinding device of the main unit is fixed with 1000-1500kg pressure springs. 2. Smoothly vibration reduce design
The main unit and up side classifier are connected by spring,and sealed with soft belt,which reduce the noise and avoid sympathetic vibration,reduce the vibration of machine vastly.
3. Convenient vane adjust design.
Gap between vane end and shell are the main factor of product fineness ,this is a patent of this mill .
4.The machine has a strong material applicability , which suits for many kinds of material whose Moh’s hardness is less than 9.3.
5. Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, sealed performance is good.
